East Sacramento is one of the city's most beloved residential neighborhoods — quiet, tree-shaded streets lined with craftsman homes, great local restaurants, and a community that feels genuinely neighborly. You'll wonder why you didn't visit sooner.
Sacramento has hot, dry summers and mild, foggy winters. Summer days can be hot, but mornings and evenings are often great for walking. In winter, bring layers and expect occasional rain or fog. Here's what to pack by season.

Full Refund: 14+ Days Before Check-in
Cancel at least 14 days before your scheduled check-in date and receive a full refund of any payments made, including the cleaning fee. No questions asked.
50% Refund: 7–13 Days Before Check-in
Cancel between 7 and 13 days before your check-in date and receive a 50% refund of the nightly rate. The cleaning fee is non-refundable within this window.
No Refund: Within 7 Days of Check-in
Cancellations made within 7 days of your check-in date are non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance if your plans are uncertain.
Early Departure
Guests who depart prior to their scheduled checkout date acknowledge that reservation payments are non-refundable once the stay has commenced.
How to Cancel
To cancel your reservation, contact us directly via phone or text. Please have your reservation details handy. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.
This policy applies to direct bookings only. Reservations made through other platforms are subject to the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking on those platforms.
